“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Russell has been converting our house over the past 12 months. This is a full house renovation turning a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom house. Russell Hewes has excellently completed a loft and side return extension. They have also finished the interiors to a very high standard and their builders are consummate professionals - incredibly respectful, professional and friendly. We are delighted with the amazing job they have done and would strongly recommend them for anyone embarking on a major project where they want a high aesthetic finish and attention to detail.”

“Adam and his team are professional, extremely polite and very skilled. I have used them several times now. In my experience, they are happy to tackle jobs that others are too frightened to attempt. “From the moment that we first met Dean, he showed that, as well as having a highly professional approach to building, he also has a creative mind and an eye for detail that made him the completely obvious choice for our project. With incredible care and devotion, he and his team totally transformed our home over the course of 6 months, whilst we still lived there. We'd not been relishing the prospect of the disruption, noise and dust but everyone went out of their way to work around us wherever possible, thoughtfully prioritising our day to day life. Dean is a real perfectionist and employs only like-minded people - the results are there to see in the workmanship all around our house. We would recommend Dorking Design and Build to anyon”

Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. “Egis came recommended from my daughter and certainly lived up to expectations. I had ordered a new kitchen to be fitted by Wren. However I needed to have my kitchen area brought up to scratch first. Egis had to make good our wooden floor and also did a lot of work and plastering to the old kitchen walls too. The area was also completely rewired and plumbed. He then laid a tiled floor prior to kitchen being fitted. The work was excellent and certainly made the kitchen fitters job easy.”
