From start to finish James and Mandy gave us excellent advice and the sort of customer care that is not as common as it should be. Their customer care skills were really put to the test when we discovered a problem with a shower wall that had just been fitted. This was quickly replaced without any fuss but the replacement board from the manufacturer also had a fault and could not be fitted. James dealt with this really well and delivered the final replacement himself so he could inspect it with my fitter. With their help we have ended up with three beautiful rooms that are exactly how we wanted them to be.
