“Louise designed my bathroom and can I just say I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. She took the time to look around my property so she could understand the look and feel I preferred, carefully consulted with me on her proposals as well as challenged (which I really valued) and as a result designed my new bathroom to an exceptionally high standard which people still continue to comment on. I couldn't recommend her more highly she is a very gifted designer.”

As soon as he spoke about my bathroom, showing me photos of work he had done, I knew he was the right man for the job. He guided me through equipment choices, interpreted my wishes, solved problems as they arose (they always do; mine was a wrongly-sited radiator) and created a high-quality room admired by everyone. It is an unfailing pleasure to use and I appreciate it every single day.”

“The project was knocking through from the kitchen into living area to create a modern large kitchen/diner/living space. This was essentially a reset of two rooms - and included: - gutting both rooms - stripping old decor - leveling floors and walls to make good - removing old airing cupboard to add space to kitchen (closing off doorway) - new plumbing, electrical and gas work - fitting new modern kitchen including appliances - new radiator and covers - painting, decorating (wooden floor laid by different contractor) We are probably a refurbish firm's worst nightmare as we spent so long planning the look of our new kitchen/diner and had extremely high expectations in terms of the finish. Mulcare-Ball exceeded our expectations in every way. Such a lovely team of people that worked so hard to keep us happy. They left the site immaculate each day and were friendly, funny and a joy to be around. They made living through a month of building work as pleasant as it could possibly be and were so sweet with our two tiny children. The result here is seamless. Now for the bathrooms!”
