Refurbishing and choosing new bathroom fittings and tiles are something not usually done in a hurry, but personal circumstances meant this had to be. Sagar made this daunting task so easy that it was stress-free. The extensive knowledge of his products and what we were looking for meant that his recommendations were spot on. We are delighted with the way all our purchases look now the bathroom is finished. This family run local business offers such a professional service with the personal touch that we would not hesitate to recommend them.

The products were delivered to our home on time and their delivery people went through the item list with us for correctness and to ensure there was no damage to the items in transit. Overall an excellent service provided and I would not hesitate going back to Sagar Ceramics for our future bathroom needs.

Given 5 stars as we are very happy we went along with Sagar ceramics. We were in doubt before hand and speaking to Sagar and having a design by him he went through all the products step by step and quality products which we happy with . Then came the selection of tiles as they recommended tiles and feature tiles which we had not even thought of . We went away satisfied and delivery was in time and when installation was taking place it was taking shape and now both the bathrooms are done they look stunning. Sagar Ceramics is conveniently situated close to our home, Although local we found the operation and advice slick, similar to other big names bath room shops. Sagar sale team was very knowledgeable and were patience in providing appropriate solutions matching our expectations. We are happy we chose Sagar for all the bathroom fitting and tiles. It is a one stop shop for all the materials. Our builder had a smooth run with perfect delivery schedule. The team was helpful in assisting returns and arranging for refunds with out any delays, We strongly recommend Sagar and Misha to any one who is looking for a hazel free service. Suguna and SIva

Actual rating 4.5 stars (because I never give 5 stars). We chose Sagar initially due to the competitive pricing and range of great quality products. Misha has been very helpful with the bathroom design and also when we had an issue with the height of the shower placement in the building works side, she helped us resolve it immediately. Great service by Sagar. We got our family bathroom done via them. They stock the best quality items and really guide you well on the design, items and the price. They keep in mind your needs and suggest fittings accordingly which is very important. Fantabulous experience. Any issues were ironed out very quickly and items were provided well in time for the fitter. They also recommended the fitter and he was above and beyond the others. We are extremely happy with the finished product .

Really enjoyed designing our first bathroom with the entire team at Sagar Ceramics. Sagar worked closely with us throughout the whole process, guiding us and helping us through the various questions we had. Very happy with our experience and already planning our next bathroom!

So Sagar Ceramics helped us lots advising us on the initial plan of the downstairs bathroom. It was not going to be an easy or a straightforward installation as we were extending the bathroom and knocking out many walls & plumbing was in concrete flooring. Everything was going to be complex due to the configuration of the bathroom and a bit daunting but Sagar gave us the reassurances on the plan of the bathroom and it worked out as we expected. Customer service was good and after sales satisfactory and dealt with quickly. I would use them again I don’t look at price completely but the quality of the service and the products as plumbing ware is something worth not cutting back on if being used everyday for many years. All the products had extended warranty with the items which is reassuring and UK based products if we any issues/queries.

I had problems with my previous shower enclosures which was bought elsewhere. I explained to Sagar the problems I having. He listened and assisted me with the solution to problem and recommended the product which would solved the problem. I was really please with solution and the product he recommended and he also explained the fitting service they could provide. I was sold on the idea and did hesitate to buy the product and services. Really personal and service provided by Sagar. I would really recommend Sagar ceramics for you bathrooms needs.

Service, planning and project management from Sagar Ceramics was "A Total Peace of Mind". We had no idea how to re-design our main bathroom but the advice and planning from Misha was a total bliss and all the items supplied are of the best quality at a very competitive price. We also had to adapt the downstairs bathroom with disability facility and again the design and planning with a wet-room was amazing and will serve the purpose with comfort. The choice of floor and wall tiles is the best around and are very pleased with the wide choice available at Sagar. Thanks to Misha for thinking of all the little details to have made this project a delight to see and use. Nilesh n Smita.

The team at Sagar Ceramics are extremely professional and offer a great service to anyone looking to get a new bathroom, or even just buy new tiles to spruce up a room. I bought all my items from Sagar Ceramics for my two bathrooms and new tiles for my kitchen. Sagar helped me pick all my items and was always flexible when I later changed my mind and wanted to look at other options! They also have a great selection of items and have lots of photos of bathrooms which they have done for their customers and this really helped when it came to picking tiles. Buying everything from one place made things a lot easier, including when it came to having the bathrooms installed, and it took a lot of the stress out of the whole process.

My wife and I went in with fixed ideas of what we wanted to a budget we thought was reasonable, based on items we had researched from online retailers. Misha gently helped us realise that for what we wanted (Holiday Cottage), we hadn't chosen products that would last. Misha helped plan three bathrooms with products that were of high quality, would be robust for the cottage and had long warranties in case of faults. The peace of mind given, by planning the entire list of products for the 3 bathrooms, ensuring all items were delivered (fault/breakage free), and ongoing support (I had difficulties with the waste on one shower and 2 basins which was quickly resolved) was amazing. Can't thank the whole family for the personal touch, the kindness and patience, and for helping us achieve something that I doubt we would have ended up with if left to our own devices!

Sagar ceramics is a true family run local business which I stumbled upon on google. The team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable that I had made up my mind after an informal visit where I met Sunil. Misha then guided us through the design, choice of fittings, colors, feature wall etc...this was so helpful for complete novices like us .Fittings,glass and tiles are of very high quality (please please make sure your plumber is good) and are competitively priced . Delivery was all on time and team was very responsive when we changed our mind on one fitting. Overall a very pleasant and joyous experience from Misha,Sagar and Sunil. We recently did up our bathroom, and got all the fixtures and fittings from Sagar Ceramics. We were provided with excellent service from Misha, Sagar and Sunil, who went out of their way to recommend and advice us. Also offered us a good discount on all the quality fixtures that we bought. We 1st visited the showroom just to get an idea of what was available. The staff took the time to speak to us and figure out what we wanted and showed what was available. We booked an appointment for the following weekend (this time with measurements!). They guided us through options as well as what would work better day-to-day as well as the look we were after. Our plumber wasn’t just happy that we weren’t sold inferior products, but suitable fittings. He commented that a lot of times SOME stores had supplied showers that didn’t suit the type of system that suited the home (high pressure/low pressure (news to me)). Sagar had actually asked us questions and provided the correct options. Saved us from buying additional parts and pumps to make it fit. We had a minor issue with a worktop but even though it must have cost them to rectify for us, was replaced within a few days at no delay to work. Throughout, they were always in contact with myself of my partner to let us know that things were going to plan or to clarify our wants (got myself a waterproof tv in front of the bath)! We will be doing the en-suite this summer and will definitely be going back for our materials and advice. Very much appreciated and very highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and visit!

I cannot fault the service from this family run company who were able to advise on the planning, prompt with the delivery and happy to be flexible in meeting the timetable of our builder when we had a major refurbishment of our bathroom this Spring. Their access to, and knowledge of, a large number of wholesalers gave us ample choice of all the sanitoryware and accessories - all this and very reasonably priced.

Excellent customer service with extensive product knowledge and expertise. A wide range of products available catering for all budgets and tastes. I walked into Sagar Ceramics to have a quick browse and get some inspiration but ended up buying two separate bathrooms, internal and external tiles, under floor heating, radiators and a lot more! Put simply - It's down to the excellent quality of products and the SERVICE! AMAZING !! Sagar Ceramics designed and supplied all 5 bathrooms and kitchen flooring. They are a great family run company who we found were very professional and polite. They have a large range of products to offer and many beautiful displays in their showroom. I found the displays really helped me understand the style and look I wanted. Sagar in particularly helped us choose and match the tiles. We found his expertise to be on tread and quite different. The deliveries was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

We used Sagar ceramics in January to March this year after a recommendation from a family member and ended up sourcing two complete bathrooms including tiles from them. Sagar helped to design the bathrooms as well as providing advice on which products to purchase . The service was very personal and extremely professional including being able to return surplus material and change certain items as the work went on. We would not hesitate to recommend using Sagar ceramics to other friends and family.
