“We hire Jason Avery to do a bathroom remodel for us. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he has got to be one the nicest and most ethical people I have ever had the chance to meet. After the bathroom, we also contracted him to do some roof repairs for us. It's not his normal, preferred bath, kitchen and room addition work that he really excels at, but he did a great job with the roof as well. I would encourage ANYONE to sit down with him for a few minutes to see his portfolio of work and what he can do for your home!”

“Jed Jones, owner of Raw Design LLC is an exceptional home builder, remodeler and construction pro. I hired Jed to do a complete remodel of our home and update the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. This required knowledge of every trade and coordination of several teams to get the job done on time and on budget. “First class operator. Our modest 1000 square foot rental home in Florida suffered water damage and the exterior of the home was in general disrepair. Kurt Johnson identified the problems as well as discovering that the homes exterior was originally stucco and not the cheap vinyl siding that was on it when we bought it. Kurt stripped down the exterior, made all the necessary repairs and modifications, and restored the home to a thing of beauty. We know of Kurt's experience in building upper scale homes and know this was a small job in comparison. However, Kurt showed his character and integrity as a builder by treating our job with as much importance as any other. Kurt went above and beyond and turned this rental into a home that we are proud to call our own and now use on a regular basis. As a sign contractor I am very hard to please and I have to say Kurt's work truly impressed me. The work, the attention to detail, and the fairness displayed by Great Oaks GC in my opinion makes them one of the top builders in the state. Thanks Kurt.”

Starting with a rock solid foundation beginning below ground level to the roofing system that will withstand hurricane force winds, Mike works closely with engineers and sub contractors to ensure high quality construction every step of the way. If I was going to build another custom home, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else! Not many can say that about a contractor after going through the new home building process.”
