Right from the start he was friendly, professional and very helpful. He used his measurements to create a 3D graphic of our room with the new bookshelves which made it really easy to then visualise them in the room. Between us we tinkered with the design until it was exactly what we wanted.
We thought he was so good we've since had him back to build more shelves in our lounge and replace all of our upstairs doors. Every time they have been, Alastair and Mo (his apprentice) have been very professional, thorough and tidy. We've already got an idea for another job and we'll certainly be asking QDS back.”

“Taylor Furniture did a wonderful job for me! I had a partition wall removed between my kitchen and dining room and needed a Clive Christian dresser taken down and rebuilt against another wall. This entailed very precise dismantling of a costly piece and new pieces adding to it to make it look pristine again! Caroline and the team worked around my (and the builders!) timescales to complete the job and were meticulous in their detail. They did it for a fraction of the cost that Clive Christian quoted and I have been delighted with the finished work. I would definitely ask them to do more work for me!”

“I had a complete renovation of my ensuite bathroom, and a refit of my dressing room. My husband and I had quite strong opinions about what we wanted to achieve, and the look we wanted. Carolyn took a great deal of time finding the right design, the best fittings and colours. She made suggestions which were either accepted or rejected. Several times, whilst I liked the design drawings, and told her so, my husband didn't like them, resulting in Carolyn having to start from scratch. She persevered with a smile on her face, until she came up with a plan that we both loved.
The work was undertaken to the highest standards, by all the relevant trade, and the finished result is everything we could have hoped for, and more. I have an exceedingly critical eye, I can pick up a fault, error, problem, the minute I enter a room. The results were truly faultless.
