“It all started with Ranjit's visit, and he infected us with his entusiasm. He was full of good suggestions and ideas. And the plans and pictures he he showed us convinced us to go with Classic. Then, the next step was the wonderful RIchard(I think I have the name right!) coming to take the old kitchen apart, and the excitment of his taking the retro cupboards for his mother! At the time he was here he wan't sure whether he would be the fitter for the new kitchen. Thank goodness he was, and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see him arrive that first morning of the installations! You have a VERY talented young man in RIchard, don't ever let him go. There were concerns for the Franke tap after it went in, but with the help of Customer Care and the Franke team, it was sorted. I was somewhat annoyed with myself for not checking more thoroughly about the eye level fridge. The door shelves are not user friendly or variable. I am not sure if there were different choices I could have made, but I would suggest to prospective customers to inspect insides as well as outsides. We are delighted with our new kitchen though, and very grateful to the whole team of Classic. We also appreciate the final visit the Ranjit made, and for the helpful hints he gave us about the Siemen ovens, etc. And of course we are delighted with the Kitchen Aid, goes without saying!”

“My project is a single storey extension to the rear and a re-purposing of all the rooms downstairs. I was stressing about numerous decisions, everything from exterior finishings and colours of windows to utility room layout and how to make my bespoke kitchen a bit more bespoke! Zoe and I met by chance via a friend on FB and Zoe was happy to meet on a consultancy basis. Well what can I say, Zoe was amazing! Zoe was able to interpret my ramblings and actually get to the heart of what it was I was looking for; from very minimal information she was able to make fabulous design suggestions and each one I loved. After just a couple of hours I had solutions and no more sleepless nights! I have enlisted the help of various interior designers over the years and have been unimpressed - Zoe is in a different league and I will certainly be asking Zoe to help with me the next stage of my project which will be to create mood boards and put those designer finishing touches in each room.”
