“Dan is the best handyman/carpenter around. He's probably mad that I'm writing this because his schedule is already hectic. I've used his services over the past five years for many projects, including a stick built shed. Dan is very detail oriented, has more than fair rates, and is incredibly honest. “Timothy from Distinctive Millworks has skill for his age. When my wife and I decided to have a built-in bookcase installed, Timothy came to our house, listened to what we wanted, gave his advice, showed us some pictures of previous work for comparison, gave us a price, and a week later brought to life the exact vision of what we were expecting. He matched the existing trim and baseboards perfectly. Timothy had a mentor that he quoted as saying, "Caulk is a bad excuse for lousy carpentry." He has brought this motto into this business where he strives to make every piece of wood look good and fit properly.”

“Whitaker Mill Works just completed a kitchen rennovation in my 1930's bungalow and I couldn't be happier with the experience! First, there is not a square wall in the house, the floor slopes from one side to the other. Basically, a nightmare for installation of cabinetry. They tackled the project (and it's headaches) with enthusiasm and conquered every challenge my old bungalow threw at them :) The result is stunning! I've worked with many contractors and these guys are top notch! Each day they cleaned and left no trace of their efforts. The crew was extremely friendly and reassuring. They worked around my schedule (and dog) and communicated well throughout the process. They made excellent suggestions and even drew sketches on site to explailn their thoughts. This was extremely helpful for a visual person such as myself. Finally, they made sure everything was perfect before closing out the job. Their attention to detail was impressive! I highly recommend these guys and will use them again for any future projects!”

“Master Works built us a beautiful bathroom vanity for our newly renovated bathroom. It was custom made piece to fit the space. Carpentry was excellent and quality materials were used. In addition, we have also had Cabinet Works make several cabinet doors for us to match existing cabinets. Once again- excellent quality and craftsmanship. For both jobs, turn-around time was very fast and customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“They constructed a set of cabinets for our Laundry room and made doors for the open cabinets that were already installed. We also had them to make and install slide out trays for all of of our existing kitchen cabinets and up grade the soft close hardware for the doors and drawers. They were very prompt with the cabinet build and arrived on time and worked until we were satisfied with everything. The installer was very cordial and neat during installation. He completed our install with out problems. They were also very good at making design suggestions for the cabinets when we had questions. My wife is very happy with her new cabinets and upgrades.”

“We hired Alco to design, build, and install our custom kitchen cabinets and master bath vanities and they did a fabulous job. From the beginning, it was a pleasure working with Stephen Boggs. He came to our home, took measurements, and developed a plan that was top-notch for our needs. He had ideas for us that we hadn't thought of and have turned out to be major improvements to the layout and functionality of our kitchen. The timeframe for building the cabinets and vanities was very reasonable and installation was "quick and painless." We are now enjoying our new kitchen and bathroom so much more thanks to Alco!”

“Designs By Duvernay helped me design my dream kitchen on a budget. Bridget worked with me until we came up with a design that we both were happy with. It will have all the functions and look that I want. Bridget finds the best options for your look and functions you want in your kitchen, bathroom or any room in your house where you would like to add cabinets or storage of some kind. She is creative and gives you suggestions of what she has found that works, but is also open to any of your request. She will make sure you think of every aspect of the project and get what will work best for you. She is quick to make your dream design come to life.
