“We didn't end up hiring John Canty, but we probably should have! Our house is in need of a full gut job. John was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came in to look at our house. We ended up hiring another contractor, who we have since fired, because he worked with a friend a friend of ours. We should have known that you need to mesh with your GC and create good communication lines with them -- we learned quickly that just because a GC worked well with someone you know, it doesn't mean they'll work well with you! John was very upfront and honest about the costs and quality of the job we'd get, and we should have trusted our gut instinct to hire him! It's been 4 months and we're still waiting to get started on our house.”

“Country Craftsmen made and installed my cabinets in a kitchen renovation of an old Victorian brownstone. They came and measured the space and then worked with me to design a beautiful set of cabinets including a large peninsula and a cabinet "wall" for built-in oven, micro, fridge, wine cellar and wine rack. The quality, fit and beauty are outstanding. I always get a "wow" from folks that first see it...including others in the building trade! CC came in on time and on budget and it was a joy to work with Patty and Billy.”
