“Obviously this company is very experienced in the creating the best designs and cleanest installation. The designer Malka thoroughly reviewed my clothing inventory and measured my closet designing it to be efficient, maximized and beautifully organized. I love my closet now. Never knew it was this large and spacious. never knew it could be this nice.”

“Chris did an amazing job of customizing our beloved 1950's built-in cabinet with a modern tv lift system. We gave him the difficult task of cramming the biggest tv we could find into a tiny, narrow cabinet. Then he encased the tv with a beautiful frame, which perfectly matches the original wood of the cabinet. He also updated the vintage speaker grill and thoughtfully repaired broken hinges. It was a very difficult project that required someone with strong technical skills, talent, and good taste. Chris is fast and affordable for the quality of work he produces. We will definitely be using Chris again for our kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as some custom furniture pieces.”

“The Klein Design Group designed the cabinetry for our entertainment center/bookcase wall unit in our den and our kitchen cabinetry. Jonathan Kleid listened carefully as we outlined what we knew we needed and made very apt suggestions about possibilities that we had not initially recognized. The elegant, uncluttered designs in both rooms have stood the test of time. In the kitchen and den his choices of internal hardware and fittings for specialized drawers and cabinets have worked smoothly and have operated flawlessly for more than fifteen years. His collaboration with Swift Finishing gave us cabinetry whose paint finishing was perfect and silky smooth to the touch. Jonathan was very responsive to our initial request to meet, enthusiastic about our projects, and a joy to work with throughout. He has followed up periodically to make sure that we knew help was available if any issues arise.”

“I was as satisfied as can be with my new kitchen. Betty helped me with my design and helped me pick out tile and my mural. The workers were there early every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. it took the amount of time they said it would. it was a really easeful renovation, with Betty showing me a countertop and cabinets and I loved it all. I can't say enough good things about this company.”

“The project: Replace kitchen cabinets and counters, add 2 extra outlets to kitchen, replace florescent box fixture with recessed lighting, install tile back splash. The project took 7-8 business days over the course of about three weeks. Total cost was ~$16,000. I hired Chris through Cabinets to Go, as he was licensed and was able to get the counters done in addition to cabinets. He was highly responsive to my many questions, even while on vacation. He came down to my place twice to check his measurements. I was impressed that an East Bay Area contractor was willing to come down to the South Bay. Chris and his subcontractors were on time, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions and work with requests. I could not be happier with the work done and I smile every time I walk into my kitchen.”

“Erwan built custom cabinets for our 1922 small Berkeley kitchen, which had last been redone in probably the 1940s. We wanted to keep some period details in the design while adding modern convenience and more storage and counter space. The cabinets are amazing. He meticulously matched odd little details by hand. This was especially important because we kept our old pantry & one set of upper cabinets. The new cabinets are sturdy & very well-installed. From his first visit Erwan listened carefully to our needs & desires. He made very good suggestions but never tried to impose his preferences on us. He built and installed on time & on budget. He is flexible about working with other workers in our house. He's also been good about taking on a couple of smaller jobs not in the original description, from a small window sill to the interior of a new closet in another part of the house. When we were first thinking about this project I spent time looking at stock & semi-custom cabinets. The overall cost for our new cabinets is comparable to good quality semi-custom & the result is so much more satisfying. Not only is the appearance just right, but we were able to customize sizing for some particular dishes.”

“Michele is extremely professional while also being dynamic and fun. She has a fresh design aesthetic that shows in the addition to our house - which includes an office/guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and family room. She helped us conceptualize the idea of the addition and draw the plans - through to the end of the project with picking finishes. She really cared about our project and dedicated herself to achieving the best end-result. We felt like we had a true partner who listened to our ideas and molded them into a better version than we thought possible. You couldn't ask for a better designer and we feel lucky to have found her.”

“cabinetry for commercial spaces. All of these projects turned out excellent, with any follow on issues handled because they take pride in their work and find perfection in detail. I never hesitate to use Sawn because they only make the job outcome better. With good communication and professionalism, they are able to talk thru the project so expectations are met for designer and client. Knowledge in expert craftsmanship, function and custom finishes I cannot get elsewhere. The work lasts forever and is incredibly beautiful. “These guys were great!!! They always showed up on time, (except once but they called and told me the exact time they would be there.) Always friendly, and polite, and extremely tidy! They were very patient as I changed my mind multiple times on what kind of cabinets I wanted, the color scheme, etc. They made very useful suggestions on every idea I had, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend All Custom Woodworks for any kitchen or vanity projects you may have!!!”
