Even though we made changes and increased scope along the way, Chris either provided me a new estimate or assured me the changes were within budget. I appreciated having the project completed with no surprises “cost wise”. •Though I had an expectation of what was being delivered, I was always pleasantly surprised by the little additions that were incorporated into the project without having to ask for them (i.e. replacement of bathroom fan vents, ceiling repairs/paint, mounting of my fireplace/TV/sound system & wiring to support that, customized cabinets/telephone desk to fit the new kitchen configuration). •Progress reports, changes to schedule/scope, and day to day status were reported to me on a regular basis. There was complete transparency; when small issues presented themselves, Chris was quick to make me aware of them. •As I was trying to live in the house during construction, I appreciated that Jenris maintained a clean workspace. They removed garage, removed any construction debris/dust and left a clean work area at the end of every day. •I appreciated that Jenris and their contractors were invested and worked together to make my vision a reality.
