“The knowledge and guidance provided was exceptional to enable us to improve the worktop space and increase the floorspace and storage. We provided a basic idea of what we wanted and budget. Rick came back with suggestions and we felt under no pressure at all. Once we reached a decision, the communication until the start of the project was helpful giving us opportunity to purchase the relevant white goods of our choice. The project was completed on time and in budget; with Rick directly managing the coordination of other craftsmen.
