“I can't recommend Lee from Purdom enough. We worked together on my Kings Cross Project and the room had amazing 4.5m ceilings, so I really wanted some beautiful joinery that would be the feature piece of the room, so it had to look stunning. Lee, didn't disappoint and I was so impressed with the finish as was the client who said 'it was beyond her expectations'. Lee is really friendly and approachable, yet professional and cares about the customers satisfaction. He's great with the details and offering good advice, but working as a team in the design aspects which made it enjoyable. He's reliable and trustworthy and I am delighted to have a new partner to work with on future projects.”

“Petar and Koko were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were they friendly, clean, tidy, flexible and punctual but more importantly their attention to detail and professional skills were exceptionally good. They painted the hall and landing and installed spindles on the stairs. They removed an old floor, insulated underneath and installed a new wooden floor in the living room. They tiled in the kitchen and repaired cracks in the wall and ceilings. They replaced 2 radiators. We have already rebooked them to come back for the next project. Petar and Koko have set the standards by which all others will be judged!”

“We used P&P for our kitchen refurbishment, and would happily recommend them to anybody. Phill's quote was very competitive, but the real reason he won the work was the thoughtful way he went about estimating the job - asking questions I wouldn't have thought of, suggesting ways to save money or improve the result, and so on. The work was done to a high standard, and when things came up during the process he always provided options rather than just upping the bill. We were really happy with the final result.”

“Tom recently laid an engineered wood floor in my living room, together with new skirting boards. His work is of the highest quality and the end result is impressive. He works carefully and thoroughly and charges a fair price for his services. The project cost shown below refers to labour costs and incidental materials, but does not include the cost of the wood, which I purchased myself. Tom has also done other work for me, including rebuilding a complicated garden shed, and re-tiling a fireplace and fire surround, with which I am equally pleased. I would recommend him unreservedly.”

I have also found the company to be efficient, responsive and timely with sending out estimates, which is a real plus when embarking on home projects. “We have used Lucas Construction and Lucas Bespoke Joinery on a number of projects ranging from refurbishing our Garage , Build Wardrobes and also a full loft extension. I would say that the craftmanship and work ethics of all the workers is 2nd to none. They arrive early, work hard and are very aware of noise levels,neighbours etc. As with anybuilding project there is often things you want to change and where some building companies get annoyed with this, theseguys areflexible and do all they can to make changes to what you want. It is very refreshing tohave a building company that do not take shortcuts and take real pride in making sure that you are delighted with the finished project. I would recommend them to anyone.”
