“I needed carpet for my office/craft room in the lower level. Floors of Distinction staff was so helpful and friendly. I did not want the typical Berber carpet that is scratchy. The sales rep helped me find the right carpet to meet my needs that would be durable carpet and soft if kids wanted to play on the floor. The carpet installation was on time and quality job.overall I was very pleased with this project.”

“I worked with Raven last spring when I decided to replace my carpet with hardwood flooring. I wasn't sure exactly what to install, but Jason listened to my preferences and brought samples of several flooring types to help me decide. I ended up choosing a 5" wide prefinished acacia (which I love). This all sounds pretty typical, but two significant things set Jason apart from other contractors, in my opinion. First: Jason is extremely responsive. Getting some companies to answer their phone, let alone return a call or e-mail is a challenge. Not with Raven. Jason is genuinely happy to answer questions and he took time to listen to my questions and explain the process, techniques, options, etc. involved with completing my project. Second: quality workmanship. With Jason, no detail was overlooked. Not only did he install my floor (and a beautiful diagonal pattern in a border in my dining area), but when he noticed one of my door frames was missing trim, he got the material, stained it to match, and installed it for me. Jason is timely, professional, and an expert on what he does. He's also really friendly! I can't recommend him--and Raven--highly enough.”

“Robert and his team provided complete floor restoration with portions of new flooring and repair in our last few houses. I have known them and hired their services for 12 years and have appreciated the quality of workmanship and their honesty and diligence. I have hired them for 5 unique jobs and only once had a minor concern. That concern was corrected happily at no charge.
