“Although my wife and I faced many difficulties and delays with our remodel, Butler Flooring remained the one bright spot throughout the process! The job we asked them to undertake included a massive amount of tiled area, flooring that was uneven, warped, and bowed, multiple types of transitions, one custom rug, a tile surround for a fireplace, and cutting tile around a kitchen island that was anything but square. Not only did all of that get done exactly the way we wanted it but Cindy and Rob were incredibly patient with the scheduling snafus created by other vendors and responsive to our requests to fit in our work when needed. Cindy was excellent at meeting us at their shop so we could spend a couple of hours (each time) walking on different carpets, laying out tiles against other color samples, and even allowed us to take several different types of tiles and carpet samples home so we could see them in place. Every bit of the finished product is precisely what we wanted and we couldn't be happier.”

We walked into Floor Centers and were very impressed with the store. I found my tile, and they helped me match the laminate. We had this done over 2 yrs ago and are still totally in love with both. “We had maple hardwood flooring throughout our home except in the bedrooms and on the stairs. We added a room downstairs and wanted to install the same maple flooring in the new addition, the stairs and bedrooms. Austin Fine Floors was able to match the new flooring with the existing flooring except for the thickness of the wood. When AFF installed the new flooring the installer was able to make the transition from the existing flooring to the new flooring seamless even though the new wood was not as thick as the existing wood. The installation looks seamless with no transitional pieces from room to room! The floors look fantastic! I am a Realtor and see a lot of bad installations in homes. I cannot say enough positive comments about the product and installation of Austin Find Floors.”

“We have ordered several rugs from Rugs That Fit and are very happy with them. Every aspect from the website, samples, ordering, price(!) and quick delivery was efficient and enjoyable. We have ordered a large area rug, a runner and outdoor CocoNot rugs for ourselves and for a few housewarming gifts. The gifts have been huge hits so we are ordering more for Christmas gifts. “We moved from Seattle to Austin approx. 2 weeks ago. We contacted Tom (owner) at Door to Door in March and explained that we wanted a complete floor renovation for our 2500 sf house. Our decisions were being made remotely as we still owned our house in Seattle til the end of June and had rented back our home in Round Rock til May 1st. Tom was really wonderful about letting us search the Seattle area for the tile/carpet we wanted. I was VERY picky about wanting the exact same carpet/tile I found in Seattle. Tom worked diligently, scouring the regional carpet brands and tile suppliers until he found the EXACT matches for all 4 products. My husband was at our new house on May 1st for the closing and Tom and his crew came in right on time. They removed all of the current flooring (including about 1000 sf of tile) quickly and thoroughly. The entire project was completed in a week with ZERO issues. We spent about $20,000 on this project and it was worth every cent. We decided to tile about 1500 sf of the house and it looks gorgeous. His crew worked with us on grout selection and we couldn't be happier with the match to the tile. All bedrooms, office and den are carpeted and it looks fantastic. I would recommend Tom and his crew to any homeowner looking to do flooring work. We plan to hire Tom back to do the re-tiling of our kitchen backsplash and fireplace next year!”
