“We haven't yet purchased our wood flooring from Olympic Hardwood Flooring, but we certainly will (I'll update my review at that time). I didn't want to wait until our flooring project starts to submit my comments on the excellent service provided by Rafal at Olympic Hardwood Flooring, because if you live in the Phoenix area and are thinking about hardwood, you need to know about Olympic. We are planning to install engineered hardwood floors in the main living areas of our home, a very large project with several other moving parts that need to fall into place. As any consumer should do for such a large project, we have done our research and here is what I realized: 1) For wood, I want someone who specializes in wood; not a company that deals mostly with tile and carpet and, on occasion, wood. I want someone with knowledge of the product and how it will hold up to our lifestyle. There are some other wood-only vendors in the area, but past experience (with one of the obvious choices in particular) caused me to not even consider them for this project. 2) I want someone who is not going to pressure me. From the start, the customer service delivered by Rafal has been outstanding. He has never pressured us into a product or line, has addressed all of our questions and concerns (and there have been a lot of questions) and has never tried to up-sell us. 3) For large projects that can impact our entire home and lifestyle, price is not the deciding factor; however, after getting other estimates, we found that Olympic Hardwood has the best prices....The icing on the cake. We are anxious to get started on our project and I'll post an updated review and photos once it's complete.”

Sweet Touch was a blessing for us to find. Sweet touch was not the cheapest and were no where near the most expensive service we tried out. But a great value is what we received. The staff was extremely friendly and worked efficiently together. The finished job by far exceeded what we are used to purchasing. ALL the stains from our 2 young kids were finally removed and didn't come back like other services. Excellent service, very competitive price and professional quality. “Phoenix Hardwood was very meticulous in their work and very responsive to the requests that we had. We have over 6000 square feet and they did most of the floors in solid wood. It is a two story, older house that was built in 1986. They had their work cut out for them since the house had lots of stairs. Dan did the stairs himself and was picky about how they were done. He was OCD about it and made sure there were no creaks and did a phenomenal job. We even felt comfortable enough to give Dan a key to our house so he could come and work even when we weren't home. I highly recommend hiring this company, their work is exceptional!”

The contractor who measured was professional and precise. He even considered the depth of the stacked stone that would be added after the countertops were in to be sure things would look right after completion. We did the kitchen, laundry room, desk and an entertainment center. There were no surprises. The installation team was prompt, and knowledgeable. From beginning to end and through clean-up, we were very pleased.”

The living room is fine, but to put real wood flooring in the kitchen was a mistake, it's all messed up now from spilling water on the floor. I talked to Keith from Diamondback Flooring and he explained that laminate flooring would have been a better choice for my house. I don't know how long he has been in business, but he knows flooring. I wish I had talked with him in the first place. I would have saves a lot of money!”
