Jafar goes out of his way to provide every service to his customers by allowing them to take rugs home to try, cutting them to size, cleaning and repair. I would highly recommend them and always try them before any other sources. Great people to do buisness with.”

Although I think things could have gone better with the planning and communication, the job was good enough and we are happy with the product. “They're evoking a European personality, and it's still their heritage. Cozy rugs make their own rugs, and mostly contemporary styles and colors that I have never seen anywhere else. Their rug selection is great. Happy that I found this store in Lincoln Park. Love their solid colored shag rugs.”
