After an afternoon of consultation with this very professional and expert in the flooring business, we wound up doing much more than originally planned. His professional workers did the demolition on our old floors and even the sub flooring (it was all particle board, much to our chagrin!), and had this large job done and ready for the new floor installation in a matter of only a couple of days. “We are absolutely delighted with our new floor! We recently purchased a house that was built in the 1980s that had a sunken floor in the living room. (Apparently sunken floors were a thing back then.) We wanted to raise the sunken floor so that it was level with the rest of the house and replace the carpet in all of the common areas with hardwood flooring. David built a substructure in our living room that aligned perfectly with the height of the floors in the surrounding areas, and his crew covered it with beautiful clear white oak. Then they stained and finished it over a weekend while we were away, allowing time for the floor to dry. We couldn't be any happier with the results! Everyone we met and worked with at TBF was top notch, and their attention to detail was simply amazing. They finished the project on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.”

“WOW!! This company is the real deal and I'm so pleased we chose to use 1King for our project. We started out looking for someone to remove tile & replace with hardwood in 3 rooms, remove carpet & replace with hardwood in 2 bedrooms, sand all existing hardwood floors, and then stain new/old floors to match through out the entire house. Our floors look amazing and look like they were all put down at the same time. We couldn't be happier with the floors. During this planning of the flooring project we decided to remodel the kitchen at the same time since we would be taking the floors down the slab anyways. In that process, 1King designed a new island layout, add upper cabinets to match existing cabinets, sand and stain all existing cabinets, & lots of other additions that would take too long to list. At the end of the day, we LOVE our kitchen and wouldn't change one thing about it. The process was very smooth and the crews were very respectful and easy to work with. We ended up doing other projects in different rooms at the same time since we were already making a mess! They added the grid behind the master bed and moved a door from inside my son's room to a different side of his closet. We had them paint most of the house and replace baseboards. The list goes on and on for all they did for us. Bottom line, I can't recommend these guys enough and we are very pleased with the entire process and final outcome!!!”
