“Trinity Floor Company has provided decades of service in the DFW area. My grown children, husband and I have purchased a variety of flooring products from Trinity over a 25 year period for several homes- including hardwood (nail down and glued down) floors, bathroom and kitchen tile, and a variety of carpeting. Trinity has always found products with costs meet my often limited budget. They are truly professionals, employing installers with many years service and experience with the company for each type of flooring. They always appear when expected, get the job done efficiently, leave the space clean. Sales and installation staff communicate knowledgeably and respectfully. If a problem arises, they take immediate action to satify. I would never hesitate to highly recommend Trinity Floor Company to anyone. Last project - all tile flooring and carpet for a 2400 sq ft 4-bedroom/4+-bath/kitchen-living area guest house.”

“Mike and Daphne were so helpful in transforming my townhome! They made me feel like an important client and listened to all my wishes. Daphne really took the time to help with my design of my bathroom and ensured I had the best tiles, stones, and price. They earned my business because of their approach and desire to ensure I had the most beautiful renovation. Thank you so much for my beautiful bathroom, fire place, and overall flooring. “LOVED working with this company, especially Kim! We had a emergency flooring situation the week of Thanksgiving. Good-luck finding anyone who could fit you in their schedule that week! But with one phone call, they jumped in and assessed the situation, and then made several great recommendations. They quickly got the flooring measured, ordered, and installed. Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. She was very personable, quick to respond to phone calls, and came by personally to check on the work while it was going on. That is A+++ customer service. “We had the best experience with Factory Flooring Liquidators from the showroom where we picked samples which is always so hard. I emailed our plans to them for measurements and ordered! The pricing was very competitive and fair. We worked with the owner who could not have been more kind, professional and FAIR! Installers were awesome as well! All around great job! We had our whole house done in hardwoods and will be having them come out to do the kitchen and bathroom counter tops/back splash!”

“WOW!! This company is the real deal and I'm so pleased we chose to use 1King for our project. We started out looking for someone to remove tile & replace with hardwood in 3 rooms, remove carpet & replace with hardwood in 2 bedrooms, sand all existing hardwood floors, and then stain new/old floors to match through out the entire house. Our floors look amazing and look like they were all put down at the same time. We couldn't be happier with the floors. During this planning of the flooring project we decided to remodel the kitchen at the same time since we would be taking the floors down the slab anyways. In that process, 1King designed a new island layout, add upper cabinets to match existing cabinets, sand and stain all existing cabinets, & lots of other additions that would take too long to list. At the end of the day, we LOVE our kitchen and wouldn't change one thing about it. The process was very smooth and the crews were very respectful and easy to work with. We ended up doing other projects in different rooms at the same time since we were already making a mess! They added the grid behind the master bed and moved a door from inside my son's room to a different side of his closet. We had them paint most of the house and replace baseboards. The list goes on and on for all they did for us. Bottom line, I can't recommend these guys enough and we are very pleased with the entire process and final outcome!!!”

“We are absolutely delighted with our new floor! We recently purchased a house that was built in the 1980s that had a sunken floor in the living room. (Apparently sunken floors were a thing back then.) We wanted to raise the sunken floor so that it was level with the rest of the house and replace the carpet in all of the common areas with hardwood flooring. David built a substructure in our living room that aligned perfectly with the height of the floors in the surrounding areas, and his crew covered it with beautiful clear white oak. Then they stained and finished it over a weekend while we were away, allowing time for the floor to dry. We couldn't be any happier with the results! Everyone we met and worked with at TBF was top notch, and their attention to detail was simply amazing. They finished the project on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.”
