“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! We look forward to all the new designs!”

“Ron was fantastic and staying within my budget, he also showed me the more updated fashions which I absolutely fell in love with. His installers did a great job , they were very courteous and very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend cut right carpets to anybody looking for great value and fabulous service.”

“Designer's North has a bountiful selection and can find just about anything you want. They have goods to meet every price point and budget, but the real reason to conduct business with them is for the service experience. Knowledgeable sales team, expert installers and they stand behind the product. You can not know how good any experience is until you have a problem and you see the quality of service. I give them an all around thumbs up. This is after decades and thousands of yards!”

“Bay Carpet installed 36 window treatments, Armstrong kitchen floor, area rugs, basement wall to wall carpet and hall runners in 2014. All the work was done perfectly and with a lot of care and on time. The staff that did the work was so professional, courteous, on time and well informed. It is always a pleasure to work with Karl, the owner when I have a project. I recommend Bay Carpet all the time, as I am a realtor, and everyone calls me after the job is complete to thank me for recommending them and telling me what a great job Bay Carpet did. Bay Carpet is a perfect 10. No one I know has ever been disappointed. I have been recommending Bay Carpet since I heard about them over 6 years ago.”

“My sister lives in Japan, however she purchased a home in Woodbury as a summer home for her and her family of 5 children. I was quite nervous when she tasked me with furnishing the house in preparation of their arrival. I was recommended by a friend to visit Peykar because they have a program which allows you to place a rug in the home as a trial to see if the rug fits the room and your style. I was pleased by the selection they had. I thought I was going to walk into a showroom of old style oriental rugs but they had many shapes, sizes, and materials to choose from. I dealt directly with the owner, Robert Hakimi. He was very patient and understanding and incredibly knowledgable. The carpet was delivered quickly and my sister loved the choices we made... except one. Peykar came and picked up the one rug she did not love and delivered a new one. Everyone is very happy.”
