They were flexible with the schedule, showed up when they said they would and had good suggestions for improving the look of details. You might find someone cheaper, but it won't be by much and they probably won't do the kind of quality work that Bob and his crew turn out.”

“We had two separate services done in our house. We had a cork floor installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. The service was exactly what we were looking for, so we decided to use Berlin Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors on the remaining part of the main level. The refinish results were amazing and our only regret was we wished we had decided to do that before we moved into the house. We are able to leave a key with them and the work was done while we were on vacation. What a great surprise to come home to. The work was done promptly and everything was cleaned up when we returned.”

“I used John about 8 years ago when we replaced carpeting and installed hardwood floors. He did a beautiful inlay job adding to the professional look. Then, after 4 kids and 2 dogs, we used him again to re-coat and finish. It made the floors "pop out" like brand new again to sell the house. John is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. He provides clarity in the work that needs to be done and the price, making it easy to make a decision.
