“When searching for a hardwood re-finisher, we found a few, one never called back, one gave us a ridiculous price and one never called back after looking at the job.... However, I must say Paul was eager to look at the job, called back when he said he would, gave us a fair price, then showed up when he said he would and above all did an awesome job! He even worked the weekend to complete the job in a timely manner. He was very respectful, clean and a true hard working professional.”

“We hired Eco to redo floors in a home we purchased. The floors, while initially installed in 2001, were not in great shape. While other purveyors looked around and gave an estimate, Berj took a lot of time. he measured the space and used a meter to read the levels of moisture under our dishwasher. Based on a high reading (the dishwasher that came with the house leaked), he said we needed to wait a few months to sand and stain. We thus hired him, as he was the most thorough and professional. We loved the choice we made in using his company. He was communicative, courteous, prompt, and professional. The work he did was exceptional. When humid whether (and my request to use to different finishes) caused the work to run over by two days, he worked into the night to complete the project with enough time for it to cure before we moved back into the house. I highly recommend him.”

“Central Mass Hardwood did a great job with the repair, staining and refinishing of our floors. Our house had water damage that necessitated the replacement of an area that spanned two rooms. The repair wasn’t noticeable at all once the sanding and new stain was complete, the floors look brand new. The company was professional from scheduling the job to showing up on time and doing what was expected each day. The amount of time expected to complete the work met all expectations, the work itself exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Central Mass Hardwood. My floors are beautiful!”

“We replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring in our family room, stairs, hall, and master bedroom. The results were just fantastic. Jeff did an incredible job with minimal disruption. He was always there to answer any questions and resolve any concerns I had. I could see that he was a professional and took great pride in his work; being very meticulous how everything would look when done. During the project we even changed/added a couple of things and Jeff was great at making those changes. I would highly recommend Jeff to friends or family.
