“I wanted to hire an insured and professionally licensed/certified tile floor installer. I found Jason/Concierge Flooring online and checked out photos of his projects. He came by to bid the project. He was not the cheapest, and he will tell you that, but they are worth every penny if you are a discriminating customer who demands perfection. Jason and his guys installed wood-look tile floors, glass mosaic bathroom floor, baseboard, wainscot, and chair rail for me and did an incredibly good job. The finished project is exactly what I envisioned. The patterns were perfectly symmetrical. The grout lines were so well-done they look like machines spaced and filled them. I checked around every corner, every nook, and the tile met the walls and was cut around protrusions perfectly. Jason made sure all manufacturers instructions were followed to preserve all warranties. They were on budget to the penny I was quoted. They were on time and once they started the project they did not stop until it was finished. Jason always answers his phone and makes sure you are happy no matter what.
