“Chicagoland Flooring did fantastic job. When we removed carpet, we discovered badly looking hardwood floors beneath. Upon closer testing and using special meters they found out that we had a leak in the freezer line. We were lucky that it did not last for a long time. Only tested wet section of the floor boards and sub floor were removed upon their recommendation, not the entire area. Then they put new flooring pieces instead and inserted ends into existing floors. After sanding and finishing you can barely see the difference between the repair and the rest. The finish floor is just gorgeous. I was very pleased with their competency, honesty and quality of their work.”
