“Al and his sons did a great job on refinishing our wood floors on the upper level. He also removed half of the flooring and replaced the wood. I can't even tell which side has the old wood. He stuck to the price on his initial estimate (which we thought was fair). During the work, they put up a plastic barrier to keep dust from coming to the main floor. That may seem like a "no brainer," but many contractors are not as careful and I appreciated their efforts. When we are ready to refinish the main level, we will definitely call Al and his crew.”

“They did an excellent job resanding and putting 3 not 2 coats of clear stain down on the red oak. Nick did a very professional job and took his time to make sure each coat went on smoothly and evenly. I highly recommend Dande floors to anyone looking to have hardwood floors done. The price was excellent for all the work that was done. I can't say enough good things about them. We have received numerous compliments from other professionals that have been here for other projects. Give them a call. You'll be pleased...guaranteed.”
