“United Flooring Group has handled flooring in two homes for me (one a rental property and one a primary residence). To say that I am pleased with their work would be an understatement. We were provided clear and detailed quotes, reasonable timelines, and excellent options from the start. United Flooring was able to match existing hardwood exactly for us and provide a unique decorative edge that ultimately helped us sell our home due to the wow effect. We installed laminate in the rental house and it looks so beautiful and real wood like that I want it in my house! The workers were respectful, trustworthy, and tidy each day. I not only recommend them to my friends, but recently they helped with my mother's basement renovations. Overall really excellent job! Go with United Flooring!”

“It was so nice to deal with Mr. Luiz lopez. He was willing and open to listen to all my demands. After my house as painted, the drive done the way I wanted to, he did some extra jobs in my porch and the outside bathroom. Mr. Lopez is a very professional and detailed oriented man. “Let me start by saying that I work with and know nearly every hardwood flooring company in the Charlotte area. J Wood truly gives one of a kind treatment to their customers. Every customer is told everything that they should expect up front before the project and Nate, Jon and Jose follow through every time. J Wood employs their own employees instead of sub contracting out their work like most companies, and it shows with the way the installers treat the home owner and their house. For those truly unique projects J Wood is the company to call and don't be shy to ask them about more than just your flooring project. Look through their photos and you will see how good they are at stairs, fireplaces, backsplashes, countertops and more.”

“Hired Flowers Flooring to complete a tile shower in my master bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. They even helped me select a less expensive tile to stay within my budget. Both great product and great service. I highly recommend this company! Having Flowers Flooring back to my home to complete additional tile work in my kitchen and vinyl plank in my laundry room.”

“Darrin is incredibly knowledgeable. We were prepared to hire another company, but after meeting with him, it was obvious that he knows his business, and truly strives for perfection. His work is neat and clean during and after he is done. Our job has been done for over a year, and it looks as good as the day he finished. Additionally, we had some damage to our finish, and Elegant Floors were able to fix it in visibly!! They may not be the "cheapest", but there's a lot of value in quality. You'd be making a mistake to hire any other company. !!!!”

“I had a fairly involved job covering tile flooring, shower, and a backsplash. I had already purchased my materials from a big box store. Where my material was in order, it went great. It was all installed as envisioned. As for one area, the tile had color variation that was noticeable only after the grout was in and things began to dry out. One would think only two options existed; 1-Live with it or 2-Tear it all out. Not the case at all. Both Maria and Chris were onsite immediately and helped me salvage my project without starting from scratch. They provided suggestions/solutions and presented them with the caveat that my satisfaction was most important and they would do whatever it took to make me happy. Wow! I was able to breathe once again and now, I am able to enjoy the finished project. I'm sorry my oversight caused them and myself the additional headache, however, I know Freedom is there with me every step of the way.”
