“I have hired this company many times over the past few years. If you have a specific project in mind Mr. Ricky can make it a reality. His favorite slogan is no problem. He has pressure washed my roof, replaced my old 1950s pink and green tile with beautiful 18 x 18 inch slate tiles, checked that my sump pump was working properly, cleaned my carpets expertly, and replaced my old linoleum with beautiful roman tiles. He even painted my pink tile walls bringing my old bathroom into the 21st century. We are presently recarpeting old termite infested hardwood floors and laying PVC vinyl planks in place of old Berber carpet. I know that whatever we find under that old flooring Mr. Ricky will prep the area well before installing the new product. I love everything he has done, but my favorite is the beautiful closet shower he built in place of an old utility shower. I present him some very challenging projects, but he always surpasses my expectations.”

“After suffering water damage from an undermount water filter, Pilot Flooring was subcontracted by Servpro of West Forsyth to handle my flooring. Hardwood floors were matched and replaced. They did an awesome job in matching my existing wood and laid the floors beautifully. I plan to have them replace my upstairs berber carpeting in the bedrooms soon. The workers were hard working and curteous.”
