“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! We look forward to all the new designs!”

“I recently purchased a rug from Jules + Cole for my foyer and I'm absolutely thrilled with my choice. It has added a touch of warmth and character to the entrance of my home. In terms of quality, this rug has exceeded my expectations. The materials feel great underfoot -- not too soft and flimsy but also not too stiff--and it's clear that it's made to last. Even with heavy foot traffic, it is showing no signs of distress. Cleaning has been a breeze as well, even with my three pets-- I was initially concerned about maintenance since this area gets so much traffic and my family is a mess, but it is impressively stain-resistant. A quick vacuuming and occasional spot cleaning have kept it looking pristine. I spoke with the owners during the purchase and they are a treat. Will definitely be buying more rugs from Jules + Cole!”

I can't tell you how many times a stop into her showroom fills me with awe at her level of artistry in the design of her product. Taking a client to visit her fills me with pride in being able to show my clients that we work with true professionals. She has created custom rugs for European villas and New York family homes. She dances through every project with the grace of a ballerina. I recommend her strongly!”
