“We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

When we were considering hiring a contractor for new flooring, we considered several contractors and flooring companies. Ultimately, because he was so helpful through the process, we decided to go with Len at Floor Coverings International. Everything unfolded as he described. Even the glitches were handled with confidence and ease. As an architect, I have been told that I can be very difficult about quality. I will trust Len at Floor Coverings for all future flooring work in my home and I will recommend him to general contractors.”

“Tim and his crew were very professional. Everything Tim quoted us Was followed through as stated and we were extremely pleased! The refinishing of our hardwood floors came out better than we expected and looked better than brand new. Tim was easy to work with and promptly returned texts with any questions we had. Most important was that he really wanted us to be pleased with the work done. We feel he went above what we needed And minimized mess and clean up! Highly recommend.”
