“We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

“this is a business that is family owned and operated for the 110 yrs. they cost a little more than the big stores like Lowes and home depot but it's worth it for the excellent service and peace of mind. They are very honest and their customer service is very good. I bought w/w carpet, an oriental rug and runner and had my bedroom carpets cleaned”

“We had a devastating fire in January 2018. Everything in the entire house was ruined from water and smoke damage. A couple months before the fire, Florz laid the flooring in my back family room. We were in love with it! Of course it was destroyed in the fire. When working with our general contractor, he insisted on using his own flooring person. Let’s just say I should’ve never agreed to that. He was unprofessional and was not prepared. His unprofessionalism set us back weeks on moving into our house. I had to fire him on the spot and then figure out what I was going to do as we couldn’t move back in until the floors were complete. Then came Florz to the rescue! I was on a time crunch and Ed the owner had us taken care of in under an hour. Not only that, but he beat that other contractors price. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of work can’t be matched. I would recommend them to anyone for all their flooring needs”

“Miller Flooring installed beautiful hard wood flooring in my home. My wife picked the wood out at the Miller show room with help from knowledgeable consultants. The floor material and installers arrived on time as scheduled. The job was beautifully crafted and clean when completed, on time as planned. The price was on target, the installers very professional and skilled. It has now been 18 months since the job and the floor looks as if it was done yesterday. Well done, Miller Flooring!! FD”
