“At Studio Spice we worked with Jonathan De Friend to source 400 sq m of flooring and staircase cladding for a large private residential renovation project. We were looking for something contemporary but organic. He found for us a bespoke wall to wall planks solution, using high grade ash, that was engineered in the UK, so with minimal carbon footprint. He liaised between us and the mill, oversaw installation, was excellent in coordinating timelines and installation conditions with the main contractor and made great suggestions for smaller details, such as threshold detailing and position of cuts. He also stayed in touch for a great after sales service and snagging. We will certainly be working with Jonathan again.”

“Woodcraft fitted my European oak smoked black flooring. Mursel and his team were extremely professional, polite, friendly and trustworthy from the point of choosing the flooring, getting a competitive quote, fitting the flooring and the aftercare. Mursel was knowledged and proud of his work and the materials used were of high quality and the fitting was faultless which reflects in my high recommendation of them. I am absolutely thrilled with the floor years later. Woodcraft come in yearly to do a maintenance service to the floor which looks as good as it did when new. The maintenance was done quickly and thoroughly and the floors look stunning.”

“Having purchased a bungalow that required fairly extensive modernisation, I needed a company that could move quickly and work flexibly with the builder responsible for the update. Fernbank proved to be an excellent choice. They have a "can do" attitude, and are very flexible to do business with. They are polite, professional, reliable, and masters of their trade. Seven months after selling our old house, we moved into our new home this week, and are delighted with the outcome. Fernbank carpeted 4 rooms and laid flooring in 3 plus the hall. All their work has been done to a very high standard. They are a small family run company, and a pleasure to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
