“Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

“Worry free". From first meeting, right advice and suggestions. Provided options without being "pushy". Handled everything from moving furniture, repairing floors, to moving furniture back in place. “We had an outstanding experience with Bryan at Premier Carpet. The quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is competitive, and there is a wide range of choice to fit various budgets. But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates. On the day of our visit, we saw many people come into the store, and even the things we overheard him talking about with other people were helpful to us in helping make our selections. “Excellent work! We are please with quality and affordability of the work that they did. Rees and his colleague, Leo, were great to work with -- timely, trustworthy and dependable. We had the floors refinished, after being covered up for 15-20 years and another 20 years of wear and tear. The floors look great and they got the job done and were flexible around or schedule. There was one spot that was a little rough after some dust came in through and open door. Rees came back personally to fix the job and he was excellent and professional to work with. I would recommend them to all.”
