Then I happened upon Uptown Floors web site which had VERY informative videos that explain the difference between engineered, hardwood, types of hardwoods, what to expect—answering all my questions—and I ended up being so impressed, I called and ordered samples. I spoke with Ken multiple times, he wanted to make sure we installed it correctly so that the floor would last. I ordered nearly 2000SF of flooring, I have three Chesapeake Bay Retrievers dogs and the white oak floors are holding up VERY WELL. I am impressed and very pleased with my choice of wood type, color, quality of product and customer service. Have no reservations with Uptown Floors whatsoever.”

“We just moved into a new house in Riverstone and opted to use Naples Flooring Company instead of putting in floors through the builder. We went to a number of different vendors looking for an oak wood floor, but either didn’t like the vendors or the floor wasn’t quite right. Right when we entered Naples Flooring Company we had a great feeling. The owner, Cristian, was really personable and knew immediately what we were looking for. He showed us a few different samples and was also able to work within our budget. We decided on a gorgeous light oak that he had installed in his office. Working with Cristian was a pleasure, from ordering the flooring to the actual installation, the whole process went so smoothly. The crew who installed the floors were top-notch. We were so happy with the flooring that in the middle of the installation we decided to use Naples Flooring Company to do some additional wood finishings in our bedrooms, living room and dining room including wainscoting, trim, wood accent walls, and painting. They also built a hideout for our kids under the stairway. The finished product is absolutely amazing. Everyone who has come to our house is shocked at how fabulous it looks. We seriously feel like we ended up with a designer house at an affordable price thanks to Naples Flooring Company. Best of all we had fun working with them. I also have to add that I have never written a review this positive. I am ultra-picky (in my personal and professional life) and have never had such a great experience working with a vendor before.
