“Daniil is amazing! I had been wanting my floors done for 2 years. I was so worried about EVERYTHING. I had already purchased the flooring (solid bamboo) on my own based on a previous estimate. I had spoken with at least 6 companies with quotes and opinions alllll over the place. So extremely high price and some so low it made you worry about the saying "you get what you pay for". When I came in contact with Elephant flooring the knowledge Daniil had about all flooring made me feel confident in his company. When he came over to give the actual estimate it was suprising less than over the phone and very competitive. He was able to start within 7 days and the job was completed within 3 days. His demo and install was extremely clean. They even vaccuum daily before they leave. We had a small hiccup with the direction of boards. In order to give me what I wanted he would have to change me an additional $1,500 for material. He, in his professional opinion, advised me against this increase. And reassure me that the floor would look better in the opposite direction . We trusted him, saved the money and lived the decision. I have and will continue to reccomend Elephant flooring to any and all my friends.”

“My experience with Chris Haltom Floors was spectacular. Every person I worked with was professional, had extensive knowledge of the types of flooring options, respected my home and my budget, and was very pleasant in these interactions. The crew led by Juan Jose was on time and worked each day more than ten hours to assure completion was on schedule. The entire team worked with great care, with a goal of wanting to exceed my expectations, which they did. My flooring is stunning. From choosing the hardwood flooring to the carpeting, to even the vent coverings, each step of the way was managed brilliantly through to clean up. I am delighted with the results and highly recommend them!”

“My general contractor hired Santa Cruz Flooring and Design to refinish our existing 70 year old red oak floors and blend them with newly installed red oak. The owner, Jon Moreno, was a pleasure to work with. He was great about answering all of my questions. We had a substantial remodel where our house was brought down to the studs. Of all the things we changed and upgraded during the remodel, the one thing that people consistently comment on are our hardwood floors. The finish is beautiful and really sets the stage for the entire interior design. When I was unsure of my finish options, Jon knew just what to do. I couldn't be happier with the way our floors turned out. His crew was efficient, respectful, timely, and on-budget. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Flooring and Design.”
