“The staff at AJ Rose have always been very helpful every time I have been in the store, which makes it easy to work with them for carpet and flooring needs. I have hired them one three separate occasions and I have worked with two separate installers and both have done an amazing job either installing new carpet and ripping out old carpet and laying down hardwood floors. They were friendly, on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend AJ Rose, they have been a pleasure to work with.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Matt and the crew at Carpet Workroom numerous times over the course of 3 years or so. Not only do they have a great selection of remnants and bindings to choose from they have plenty of alternative resources available for any type of carpeting you might need or want. They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly during the entire process from selecting the product to installation of the product. I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone at Carpet Workroom. “Kathleen's professionalism is immediately evident the minute you walk into her showroom. The latest in flooring products are abundantly displayed on walls and racks which make the search easy and quick. Borrowing samples is simple. Not only is Kathleen extremely knowledgeable about every detail of every item, but she always hires staff , from receptionist, to designer staff, to installers, who underscore her philosophy of great service. I always shop there with ease and confidence that I will be guided in the right direction, which ultimately reflects on my professional presentations with my clients. “Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“Landry and Arcari have a limitless selection of carpets and rugs, a phenomenal show room in Boston. Jerry Acari and the Arcari Family are the dominant authority on everything rug. They bring to the table or in this case should we say "floor", endless knowledge and a love for what they do which comes through in their enthusiasm when discussing floor coverings. They have done some wonderful things for allot of people, their mentor ship and educating designers on the craft being one of them. Jerry has given us some great advice. “I have purchased two beautiful area rugs from Rugs Done Right. On both occasions I received online assistance to help me choose the right rug for the room. The second time I purchased, the rug I selected was sold out, but the online assistant sent me several alternate choices based on the one that was no longer available. The rug I bought is even nicer than the one I initially chose. The quality of both rugs is excellent, and both are perfect in the rooms for which they were intended. Shipment was very fast, and both rugs arrived in excellent condition. I also purchased pads for both rugs, and both of those are excellent, as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the outstanding service that was provided.”
