I honestly do not know where this company derived their name from, because their Job is horrible. We employed their services for both Cleaning and Gardening and there is no one they do well. We got an awfully bad cleaning service and a bad gardening service as well. The garden was not well trimmed. then the waste that we agreed should be taken away, they left it behind, about 9 bags of waste. With the cleaning so many areas were not touched at all, and the staff were obviously not trained. I will not recommend these services to anyone. They are not a good company. Even when you complain, they don't respond to complaints.

I used the end of tenancy cleaning along with window cleaning service. The technicians worked hard and completed the job promptly. I am extremely happy with my choice for a cleaning company, and as a result of their quality work, I received the full amount of my security deposit. I definitely recommend Fantastic Cleaners.

This is not a review of some concrete service I have had with Fantastic Cleaners, but a general overview. I have used their carpet cleaning, move out cleaning and regular cleaning (I'm still using it) and all were brilliant. I highly recommend the company, all technicians I have had were kind, talkative and hardworking. Thank you for the honest work!

Fantastic Cleaners was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I used their end of tenancy cleaning service and the house was perfectly cleaned by 2 hardworking and oganisied specialists. Honestly, I wouldn't clean the house that well by my self. The technicians gave extra effort to clean the kitchen appliances and bathroom. I had no issue with the returning of my deposit! High recommendations from me.

Terrible service do not use these cleaners. I had someone come to clean my 2 sofas, which just needed freshening up, prior to selling them. They left the light grey cushions to dry propped up against the dark lining of the sofa. Having been instructed to wait 24 hours for everything to dry, I checked the cushions and the dye from the lining transferred onto all of the cushions. Very unhelpful customer service team who say someone can come in 2 days to look at it. I have lost the sale of 2 sofas, the deposit on a van that was booked to remove them, and have to move out of my property tomorrow but am left with two ruined sofas. I would expect someone to come immediately to resolve it considering they have stained two expensive sofas. It is a different thing to not remove stains, but to put stains onto the sofas is completely unacceptable and I would expect much better response in resolving it. UPDATE Despite them insisting the stains would be removed, the stains are in fact permanent as

I used their antiviral cleaning and honestly, the result was very good. The cleaner came fully prepared for the service and wore protective gear. He also gave a lot of helpful advice on how to protect my self by viruses and bacteria. Highly recommend Fantastic Cleaners!

Fantastic cleaning services! I've never dealt with a better company. My overall experience was amazing! I booked one-off and a carpet cleaning online on their website. It was easy, stress-free and even had a discount on the final price because I get a membership as well. Couldn't be happier. I hope more companies will offer to their clients this quality of service that Fantastic Cleaners offers! Actually, I was even more impressed when the team arrived on the arranged date and time. They were very friendly and did the job quick but in a perfect way. They asked me to check everything before they leave, which in my opinion was needless because everything was spotlessly clean. In conclusion, I want to say that I'd strongly recommend Fantastic Cleaners to anyone looking for any cleaning service provided with great attention!

Simply the most astounding carpet and upholstery cleaning experience ever! The cleaner was very reliable and took the time to explain everything to me. My carpets and sofa look better than they did when they were new! Thanks for everything and I give you 5 stars and a thumbs up :)

I was so sick to have an oven so greasy to the point that I refused to cook anything in it. After eating fried food and takeaway for a week, my husband decided to contact this company and have a professional clean the oven and forget about it. The guy that came to do the work really knew what he was doing. He cleaned the oven on the inside and outside, removed the door and even cleaned the buttons. It now looks like we just bought it from the store and I'm very happy about it.
