He clearly explained the pros and cons of each possibility, conscious of our needs and taking them into account. He had very good attention to detail eg re door handles and sometimes asked the builders to redo something if it wasn't right. He was reliable and kept to deadlines, meaning the project didn't overrun by too much. He was pleasant to work with and had a good relationship with the builders, which is extremely important. Obviously there are aspects that with the benefit of hindsight we might have done differently but overall, we were pleased with how the project went and we love our house.”
