“I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service. My project was extremely small. However, I was made to feel as if I was spending a million dollars. J. Lynton Brooke, the owner, took the time to explain the entire process. He made me feel confident that I could master this undertaking and when I ran into difficulty taking measurements, he came on site to make sure that my measurements were accurate. The project turned out AMAZING!!!! Every time I enter my kitchen, I smile and marvel at the beauty of the stainless steel tile. I wish more people conducted business like J. Lynton Brooke. The world would be a much better place! He is the best!”

They are big enough to have what we need in current product, samples and service, yet small enough to know who we are every time we call. The customer service is excellent and our orders are always respectfully managed and thought through. Delivery of our orders is always inspected by staff and we get called over any concerns.
