“Ben, Jodi, and the entire team at Kütchenhaus Bath were exceptional from start to finish. From our initial meeting, Ben carefully listened to our ideas and translated them into a space that truly reflects everything we had hoped for—homely and inviting, yet highly practical, with every inch thoughtfully utilised. As part of the project, we undertook a rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Naturally, challenges arose along the way, but Ben and the team handled everything with calm professionalism, never losing sight of the overall vision. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, finished to the highest standard. Every design element is both functional and purposeful, making it a pleasure to use day in and day out. Due to the timing of the build, our own builders fitted the kitchen just before Christmas, as schedules were tight and evolving. Even they commented that, despite fitting many kitchens over the years, this one stood out for its impeccable design detail and the straightforward assembly process. The kitchen is truly the heart of our home, and it was essential for us that it would be built to last. As a Michelin-starred chef, I am particularly attentive to detail, and this kitchen meets those expectations on every level. “Louise has helped us to transform our kitchen from a dingy grey space to a beautiful warm fun place to cook and most importantly make great bread. She took time to listen to our thoughts and ideas whilst making some great suggestions that we would not have come up with ourselves. She has a fabulous list of connections from Aaron the plasterer, who sorted our time capsule artex ceiling and Amelia the electrician, very solution focussed to the man himself LLB who designed the cabinets which have truly clinched the transformation. Adam clearly took pride in fitting the kitchen also coming up with some ideas to give us even more space for storage with canny carpentry. He also tied in with the teams fitting the kitchen tops and glass splashback so that work was completed without long waits between craftsmen. With Louise popping in frequently to coordinate the process we felt we had the ultimate wrap around kitchen design service. Let's not forget the function of this space. The kitchen appliances are fab. Baking works with this oven and the meat probe is a game changer. I have no idea how we survived without a warming drawer all these years and the boiling water tap is a joy. In summary, we used this team for our last two homes. We wouldn't go anywhere else. You will find yourself with a beautiful working kitchen delivered by Louise and her contacts who are all very professional, easy to have in the home during the fitting and responsive to any queries. When the sun shines the orange kitchen units glow, which is joyful. We can now access everything we need easily. The efficient appliances are saving us money on energy bills Added extra, we enjoyed a morning with LLB and his team which was very fun and truly surreal.”

“Justine and Joanna were very calm, friendly and professional. The bathroom in my new home was well overdue a makeover. And wow, what a makeover from The Tap End. I knew I was in safe hands from the start. Justine visited and made some sketches to show that basis of what I wanted to achieve. Joanna was my personal designer, and we worked well together. The quality of the products were high end. This is the best bathroom I have ever had; my husband and I are delighted with the result.
