We pride ourselves in making your furnishings and decorating projects as effortless as possible; providing expert advice and at the highest quality. We are a small family run business based in the lovely East Sussex county with over 80 years experience between us in Soft furnishings, Curtain making, Blinds and Paint & Decorating. Beautiful handmade curtains, Debbie sourced the perfect material. The curtains fit perfectly and were completed within agreed timeframe. Debbie measured up, arranged a fitter and oversaw the fitting. Great experience.

Lovely Debbie was brilliant in making a large curtain to fit our French doors. It was finished beautifully with pinch pleat heading and the hem sat just right on the floor. I liked the fact she made suggestions. For example, in using an interlining to improve the overall finish. A BIG thank you. Will definitely be in touch again when we start our next project.

Debbie reupholstered some dining room chairs for me, offering great advice with the colours and fabric, and had them ready in time for Christmas . She was great to work with, friendly and highly professional.

Debbie transformed a very boring set of chairs into something with the WOW factor, they look fab, so well made, and I am over the moon with them, it has transformed our room. Would highly recommend Auburn Furnishings, not only is her work of the highest quality, her advise and help with my choice of fabrics was amazing.

Curtains made are perfect, and the rails supplied where in keeping for the job. Very professional. Will use Auburn again when curtains need replacing. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of Dressing windows of any sort. Debbie's knowledge is wide and therefore is a great help when choosing and deciding what is right of you and your property.

Having just moved house, we required roman blinds to match our soft furnishings. We were fortunate enough to find Debbie who was able to use a spare large pair of curtains to make us 5 lovely roman blinds. We are made up with the blinds which transform our room. Debbie is very reliable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Commented: Advice on how to dress bay windowsHi A good quality metal track with roller runners possibly to ceiling if can. A pole would be more expensive method if made bespoke but don’t buy pass over rings for poles; they don’t run well.
