They were ready sooner than expected and Ryan had them installed within a half an hour! They have completely changed the look of my living and dining rooms and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.”

“Windowworks is AMAZING!! We use them more or less all of our projects that require anything custom involving fabric. From pillows to drapes, to custom headboards. Everything we have ever had them do turns out great, and they are always doing their best to make sure we get exactly what we want. Adeline always takes care of us. Highly recommended.”

“My wife and I were originally going to get the job done by Sears, by the time we got around to it, Sears closed their blinds department. My wife really wanted Hunter Douglas blinds and found Gallant Custom shading carried them. Martin came to our place with samples, measured the windows and had an estimate emailed to us 3 hours later. Being custom made he estimated 3 weeks for delivery and we setup a rough date for install. He called us a week later saying they would be shipped a week earlier then expected and offered a earlier install date. Everything went as planned and we are very satisfied with the service. I would recommend this company if your loving for blinds.”

“This was the smartest call I've made in a long time. I love my blinds they are both functional and beautiful adding warmth and elegance to my home. Tim was wonderful with colour and product suggestions for my blind purchase. The installers where quick, professional and cleaned up all the trash and even took down my temporary blinds. I will certainly use Universal Blinds again and wouldn’t hesitate to refer my friends and neighbours to them.”

“We replaced blinds on most of our outside windows and installed some blinds on windows of internal offices. The process was effortless on our part. Corina came and quickly provided an estimate (we rec'd 3 estimates). Her price was in the middle of the three. She was the only one that estimated on what we actually wanted. The install was done as scheduled in a very pleasant manner.”
