“I have hired Variety Blinds and Shutters for two projects; my house remodel and a duplex remodel. Jhet Brazil, the owner, was thorough and competent. He made excellent design recommendations for both properties. In addition, Jhet is very nice to work with; personable and polite. I've been very pleased with the results. Jhet also installed the window treatments himself, and they look so amazing. The project costs were very reasonable, and the products that Jhet recommended are very high quality. Jet provides follow-up, as well. There was a minor issue with a custom fabric cellular shade, and Jhet made a home visit to diagnose the problem. He determined that there was a problem with the fabric itself, and was able to have the company re-make the shade at no cost to me. This is the level of customer service that you get when you choose Variety Blinds and Shutters. I recommend them highly.”

“Ripley's blinds designed, built and installed curtains for my master bedroom. Their service was outstanding from the initial discussion on what I was looking for, all they way through the selection and installation of the curtains. They worked with me on each step, kept me informed of when items were had arrived and how long it would take to construct the curtains, as well as scheduling the installation when it was convenient for me. The quality of the curtains was excellent, and virtually everyone who toured our master bedroom commented on how great they looked. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent customer service and high quality products, I would not look any further than Ripley's blinds. Thank You.”

“We recently purchased roller shades for our vacation home on Lake Travis through them and would definitely use Interiors Austin/Windowear again. Their recommendations on what color and type of shade to order were spot on. Without that insight, we would have ordered shades that really would have missed the whole point of what we were going for. The ordering process was a piece of cake and our products came in pretty quickly. We love the result!”

“We were in need of an outdoor shade for our backyard in the summer and a way to block the wind in the winter. After much research we hired Mark Lopez to install a remote controlled/motorized unit that has exceeded our expectations. The whole process was quick and professional. The ease in which the shade was ordered and installed was impressive. We have had multiple gatherings since installing the shade and on more than one occasion our quests have been so impressed with the look, ease and functionality, they too have called Mark for their own needs. I have only heard good things with their outcome as well. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone who is looking for a shade that is both functional and attractive to contact Mark and team.”
