“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

The installer was extremely courteous, very professional and beyond helpful and insightful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.”

“Andrew Bogden was completely professional....but not at all stuffy. He was pleasant, returned phone calls asap., answered all questions, arrived on time, helped choose the product, and sent good and helpful workmen. He was also one of the most polite service people with whom I've dealt. I would only call him for future window coverings.”

“I just had window treatments installed by V-lonne. I ordered pirouettes and custom draperies for my living room and dining room. I even had a custom rod made for my dining room curtains. The result is absolutely stunning. It's better than I imagined it would be. I was so pleased with both the product and the professionalism of the staff that I decided to install silhouettes in my den. The staff is really great. You feel like your job is their number one priority. They are always easy to reach and really take their time helping you choose the perfect products for your home. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again!”

“I have worked with Kathy several times in the past and have found her service extraordinary. I love the fact that she comes to the house and I can view the colors in my own home it makes a big difference. Her knowledge and advice always is extremely helpful. She has always sent the best installers which makes a big difference in the final product. I like that Kathy follows through and if there's any problems she gets them corrected. I definitely recommend Kathy and would never use anyone else!”
