“Best fabric choices. Great customer service. I ordered the panel design with a new fabric choice. Upon receipt I noticed the top edge was a bit frayed looking due to the woven quality of the fabric. I was worried that over time it actually would fray. I suggested to the Shade Store that they hem the top for a more polished look. They tried the idea, liked it, and sent me a new set! They also connected me up with a great measurer/installer. They were also very flexible when I realized I should have ordered a four panel system. The did an even exchange! Sent me a return shipping label. So while it was a bumpy start it all worked out and my room looks lovely.”

“The quality and beauty of the work that Gloria created for my home was outstanding. Her design concepts blended traditional motifs with innovative and unique updates. All the draperies and upholstered items she crafted for my home were executed with tremendous attention to detail -- everything looked bespoke in the best possible sense. My rooms seemed luxurious but so welcoming after receiving her touch. Moreover, working with her could not have been more fun and pleasant. Everything was delivered and installed promptly and professionally. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have her help in redecorating my home.”
