She spent time discussing the project with me, determining what my budget would be for the project, and came prepared for addressing that with several different ideas. She was able to offer plenty of visuals, via catalogs of materials and samples of materials, for window treatments options and decorative hardware. She then mailed me samples of materials I might choose and let me consider my options, while keeping lines of communication open at all times. Once I did decide on a material then she returned and spent additional time and discussion with me regarding the construction of the window treatment. I never felt pressured into purchasing something I might feel unsure about; she also seemed to be very comfortable about offering me options within my budget that she felt would give the room the "facelift" I'd hoped to achieve. In a timely fashion, the project was completed, and the entire window treatment was installed within a hour's time one afternoon. Services were prompt and reliable; the installation was organized and well done by the team of installers. I am thrilled with the results.
