“Ross Howard Designs offers great selection in a conveniently located showroom in north Dallas. Service and quick turnaround plus excellent follow up and service after the sale. We purchased Hunter Douglas products from Ross Howard Designs. We had a small glitch with one of the controls on one of the shades but they sent someone out promptly to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!”

“Dana did a wonderful job! Professional, creative, very fair priced especially for the custom work she provides for all your window treatment designs. She was amazing to work with and helped me select, order and install everything I needed for my window treatments, in our new home. From our large windows with motorized window shades to our custom drapery panels for other rooms, she did it all!! She provided fabrics, new ideas and made our home feel modern yet warm inside. She is talented, kind and absolutely a joy to work with. She made sure each project and room was done to perfection. It is refreshing to find someone in the business that sincerely cares about the customer, has strong integrity and is committed in completing the project -- and at the end of the day, she wants to make sure you are completely happy with the work.
