“Working with Nouveau Designs, Cathi Bales (owner) and Nicole Marquez (designer) was a great pleasure. They both helped me with decisions, were incredibly patient with my indecisions and many many questions. I generally knew what I wanted for my window treatments but they helped me understand points I had not thought of, hence, hiring the professionals. They helped me with fabric choices, what to line my linen drapes with, colors, hardware, and wall height mounting choices. Then of course, sewing the drapes, ordering the natural shades (I wanted a specific brand) and installing. Both Nicole and Cathi were fun to work with, professional, and such good listeners to my needs and wants. It's refreshing to work with professionals that take the time to understand the clients wishes, as well as, help the client understand certain aspects of the job in which the client may be unaware (as in my case). I learned a lot through this process. They not only were fun to work with, but I love the finished product. I knew I was in good hands. My window treatments in my family room and kitchen are beautiful. I now have natural shades with ivory lined linen drapes. Cathi and Nicole were always prompt for our appointments and went above and beyond in regards to their patience and understanding of my many concerns regarding my window treatment choices and how they would compliment my next project.
