“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

“I have spoken to many deck restoration companies, but either reviews were bad or the prices were unreasonably high. My neighbor told me about Deck Armor LLC( he used them for his deck). I stop y at his house and was astonished by the look of his new/repaired deck. I called the company for a free quote and got a free estimate on the next day. Was happy with the price and payment options. I paid 30% AFTER they finished power wash, 20% AFTER carpentry and the rest AFTER the job was done. Before the finale payment I walked through with the manager and checked the deck. I was so happy by the look of my deck after all. Great company, fair prices , good job guys.”

Other companies tried to talk us into building a whole new deck, but Brandon assured us that it wasn't necessary -and saved us a significant amount of money. “Evergreen Fence & Deck just completed building a new deck for me and I am extremely happy with the entire process. They provide free bids, come to your house and discuss what you want and potential options. The work was superior, done as per schedule, and I couldn't be happier with my new deck. The deck is built over an existing concrete patio slab, and of note one other contractor told me the project couldn't be done. So glad I didn't listen to him and called Mark Dillon!”
