Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. “We had a custom wall and gate installed on top of a brick wall and later extended the wall further down the hill yard. It was more money that we originally planned to spend on a fence but I would do it again and wish I had done it sooner. I love it and my neighbors love it. The wall 'stair steps' down the hill with the grade of the hill. It is substantial, good looking, classic and will last a life time. The 9 foot gate swings smooth and latches like a dream. The customer service was outstanding. Steve Mead is so helpful and readily available to give support and ideas with your design. The install team are first rate carpenters and great with the neighbors. The Walpole name has great resale value if that is your aim -- ours was a tricky design issue. We are very pleased.
