11 October 2021 I had read the reviews and was happy to move forward with 11th Hour, the job was to build an extention. The job itself took far longer than expected but I gave it the benefit of the doubt taking into consideration that it was covid. I have a full year warranty and recently realised that a fixture 11th Hour were supposed to fit, they did not do so but wanted to test it out to see if it would work. For the first time, I used the key to put into the bottom door lock and unbeknownst to me, the bolt dropped through, jamming my door. I contacted 11th Hour with what pictures I could take, after a few weeks of not hearing from them and me following up, they told me that the warranty would not cover it, don't understand why and that I would have to cover the £420 myself for their mistake and it was my fault that I didn't check, I mean the reason why I hired a building company with a project manager is because I am not a builder. I am very disappointed with how they dealt with it, in essence they have said that I fabricated this issue to get the door fixed, I dealt with someone called isaak and if mark had still been with the company, I doubt I would have had this issue. My advice would be to double check absolutely every piece of work they do for you, including checking all nuts and bolts, maybe to get a professional on site with you as the project manager will not check it properly and to avoid any issues like I have.. another word of advice is that, the job completion isn't to the high standard I thought it would be. Good luck to all that choose this company, some of the people i worked with were nice but overall I am not happy and this is my experience.

Hired 11th Hour for an urgent and time-restricted refurb of my business and cannot recommend them more highly. They came in on budget and with excellent finishes throughout.
